Every GottaCrop! attendee must fill out a registration form OR you may call us to register at  our toll free number 209-334-9800. Note: A $50.00 deposit is required to reserve your package! Please make sure you read our cancellation policies below before registering.

Payment

For your convenience we take VISA or MASTERCARD. We also accept check or money orders. $50.00 Deposit is required to hold your reservation. If we do not receive your check or money order within 10 days after your initial registration, your space and/or room will be canceled. Final payment is due 3 weeks before event.

Payment Plan

Let us know if you are interested in a payment plan to pay your getaway off in monthly installments before the date of the event.

IMPORTANT: Click on pay by credit card or check above.  For credit cards continue to checkout and our secure server will process your $50.00 deposit. You may put more then $50.00 down if you wish and it will be applied to your balance. Gotta Crop! uses industry standard technology to protect your data from use, misuse or alteration by unauthorized third parties. A Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypts your personal information including credit card information as it is transferred over the internet. You will receive a confirmation of your deposit immediately. Within 48 hours you will receive another email with your confirmation number and more information.  If you do not receive this email within 48 hours please contact us. Five to Six weeks before your getaway you will receive a welcome packet with class registration, directions, schedule, what to pack, final billing for your balance, etc. Registration for classes will also be available on line at that time.

Under comments, please let us know who your roomies are and who your tablemates are. If you have a gift certificate please let us know the amount. Every attendee needs to fill out a registration form OR call us to ensure your reservation. We also need to know if you have any special needs dietary or otherwise. Feel free to use the comment field for any addition comments or questions. Cancellations

Effective 5/16/03 

Your deposit of $50.00 is a non refundable deposit. As of 2/1/2004 deposits can no longer transferred to a future getaway under any circumstances.  Cancellation made 5 days before the event will be charged a $50.00 service fee in addition to your deposit and will be subject to charges to the hotel (most charge 1 day) and to the caterer which may vary depending their policies. Since we give totals and are charged 5 days before the event, Gotta Crop will not responsible for the extra charges due to cancellation. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR "NO SHOWS". (You are considered a "no show" if you do not attend the Getaway and you do not notify Gotta Crop prior to the event.) Gotta Crop! reserves the right to cancel a scheduled event and is not responsible for the airfare or other costs incurred by registrants. In case of cancellation by Gotta Crop! all funds collected from registrants will be promptly returned.

Roommates

If one of your roommates cancels the the roommate that cancels is responsible to pay the difference, unless other arrangements are made between the roommates, (i.e. three roommates register as a triple, one cancels making the remaining roommates a double) or they will need to find another roommate to cover their space. Gotta Crop will try to find a roommate but can not guarantee it. Gotta Crop can not incur the cost for the difference once a roommate cancels and the responsibility for the difference then lies with the roommate that cancelled.
